if we want to disable automatic software inventory, do we just set the env var FLEET_BETA_SOFTWARE_INVENTORY=0?

Yeah, the environment variable is not required

for some reason, I thought it was on by default, even though the docs clearly state the opposite engineer needs more caffiene
