    so, it appears that the arm64 Azure Pipelines support is just the agent - they don't host a pool of arm64 servers that can be used, we'd have to manage and deploy them ourselves (such as a Graviton2 instance in AWS for example)

    Apologies for my ignorance since I have never done anything with ARM. I’ve heard that it is possible to emulate/virtualize ARM with QEMU on x86 CPUs.
