Is there currently a plan for when a 3.3.1 package will be available for download?

Just to add to this, there are a bunch of show-stopping bugs on Windows that seem resolved in 3.3.1 that we'd love to get signed packages for.

Windows binaries are in chocolatey and on the site, I linked to @clong the MSI. The Linux binaries are also likely in the S3 bucket, and I believe @obelisk is working on the Mac binaries, after which we can bump the versions
